Behringer
Behringer manufactures a wide variety of industrial pipe
support systems. This includes stainless steel pipe hangers
as well as hangers for glass, Polypropylene, PVDF, PVC
and other piping systems. The component parts of the pipe
hanging system are constructed of Santoprene or Polypropylene
(for the injected molded clamp halves), with the metal
components being made of 304 or 316 Stainless Steel or
electro-zinc plated carbon steel.
Each clamp support can be provided with the exact dimension
to accommodate the specific size of the pipe or tube exterior.
These sanitary pipe supports are modular in design which
allows the user to bolt together many combinations of supports
and a variety of pipe sizes from on support base. The system
also allow for the user to fasten the supports from the
ceiling, the floor, or from a wall mounted position.
In addition to supports, Behringer provides sanitary pipe
clamps for connecting stainless Steel pipe flanges. These
clamps are available in three designs, all of which are
used on the sanitary tri-clamp style joints. These are
the Type 1 Standard Clamp design which is a two part clamp
with a Thumb Screw (1/2" through 5"). Type 2
Clamp with 3 segment design which is 3 parts also with
a Thumb Screw (1-1/2' through 4"). The Type 3 High
Pressure Clamp design which is 2 heavy duty parts bolted
together (1-1/2" through 4"). All three clamp
types are 304 stainless steel, with a 26RA. |
