ULTRA PURE PRODUCTS
Ultra Pure Products specializes in the sale
of items and materials that meet very high purity standards in purity, and these
high purity products are used in processes that transfer air,
liquids, or both. As a class of items this sanitary process
equipment is used in operations that require very specific
manufacturing requirements, materials, and designs in the
components used in the customer's process.
As a result, most of
the items we provide are accompanied by certification which
addresses these material specifications. Included in these
products are peristaltic pumps, sanitary tubing and hoses, plastic
tri-clamp pipe systems, pipe support systems, sanitary gaskets,
sight gauges, plastic goosenecks, sanitary valves (plastic &
stainless steel), high purity work stations, wet benches, plastic
tanks with metal stands. Our air process systems include exhaust
ducting in Halar coated Stainless Steel & FRP, air scrubbers,
fans, blowers, portable softwall cleanrooms & components, and
other related clean air technologies.
Our Products and
equipment generally fall into the following categories or
functions:
- Protection of the product or process from unwanted
contamination
- Protection of personnel and the outside
environment from potentially hazardous agents
- providing
a degree of control to eliminate cross contamination within
systems.
These diverse objectives are achieved by attention
to material characteristics of the products and in understanding
the reaction with the materials conveyed. The results after
careful consideration are the joining of various systems and
components in sanitary and clean air methods adhering to certifications
and acceptable industry standards. This also includes the cleaning
of the process equipment with approved methods without damaging
or contaminating the equipment or materials, and in using disposable
process items where it is acceptable and cost effective.
