Ultra Pure Products manufactures Softwall cleanrooms and
air systems that meet stringent code standards for
cleanroom Airflow Designs. There are five main fabrication
styles for cleanrooms. They are conventional, modular hardwall,
modular softwall, mini environment, and micro environment.
Conventional construction is the most common type, and these
are generally permanent structures.
Modular cleanrooms are available in soft or hard walled configuration
with a class rating from Class 10 through Class 100,000. Softwall
cleanroom components include frame, Fan Filter units, curtains,
and lights, and are shipped within 1 week, ready for quick
and easy installation. Typical applications include: Portable
cleanrooms, Laboratories, Semiconductor Cleanrooms, Gowning
Areas, and Hospitals requiring an airborne contaminant free
area, and Portable High Purity welding rooms. Cleanroom Air
Conditioning is also available for any size cleanroom.
Hepa Fan Filter units are available (99.99% @ 0.3 microns)
or ULPA (99.9995% efficiency @ 0.12 microns) and are the most
effective, economical, and quietest on the market today. They
are always in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
Each Ultra Pure Products Fan Filter unit comes with an
eight foot cord, a polarized plug, and a three speed switch,
allowing for custom control of the airflow level throughout
the Cleanroom. Filter replacement is easy with the filter accessed
from above.
