WAFAB INTERNATIONAL
WAFAB INTERNATIONAL is a leading manufacturer
of quality and cost efficient high purity fabrication semiconductor
process stations. Manual Polypropylene wet processing equipment
provides economical, turnkey solutions accommodating baths,
rinsers, cleaners, and other modules. Semi-automated wet benches
are also available providing a linear transfer system designed
for processes using two or more wet station chemical process
tanks.
WAFAB also manufactures: Bottle Wash Stations, "Megatherm" High
Temperature Quartz Tanks for resist stripping, RCA cleans and
silicone nitride etch. Chemkleen Recirculation Baths primarily
used for HF, BOE and KOH applications, Immersion Pumps for
recirculating, filtered etch modules. WHRV and "WHO" Temperature
Controlled Circulators are designed to control temperature
in filtered etch modules and other types of chemical tanks.
The Microkleen Quick Dump Rinser is designed
with top adjustable spray rails, bottom fill rails, and a larger
dump door allowing it to dump in seconds. Chemtran chemical
carts are designed to safely transport chemicals throughout
the fab, and "Chemblast series Pump Stations designed
for situations where there is no AWN available, or the process
tool is located away from the AWN.
